A big thanks to everyone who contributed to the Boissevain/Morton Donor’s Choice program. The Library was the recipient of $7679.25 when the funds were distributed. Thank you!

Thank you to all those who participated in our Mom’s Pantry fundraiser. The orders are arriving Nov 12 and will be available from 4:30-8:00 for pickup at the library. We have limited room available for freezer space so please pick up orders if possible that evening.

Thank you to Boissevain School for your donation of $250, Dunrea Flea Market $2000, and our local Manitoba Hydro Employees $1560.
The Manitoba Hydro donation is a matching program where Hydro matches donations made by the employees.

Thank you to everyone who had a part in making these donations happen. Every little bit helps make our new library project a reality!

Coming to the Library on October 11th at 2pm is Oriole Velduis – author of “For Elise”

Oriole’s grandmother was Elise Vane and her book focuses on the Vane side of the Criddle -Vane story.

The Criddle version of the story is in book form as Criddle-de-diddle-ensis by Alma Criddle.

Both sides of the story are available in our Library.

Preschool Storytime will begin again Thursday Sept 12 at 10:30
